This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is provided to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the personal information that you share with us through the Website, and to assist you in making informed decisions when you visit and use the Website.

This Policy does not apply to the Clarity Value government workflow platform (“Platform”). The Platform is a business-to-business software services application and is governed by a separate agreement. This Policy only applies to personal information that you share with us through the Website.

We may update this Policy at any time, so you should periodically review this Policy for changes. Any new version of this Policy will be posted here and will include an updated revision date. Changes will become effective immediately once they are posted here but they will not apply retroactively.

We will tell you why we are collecting any additional personal information and how we will use it when such a situation arises. In some cases, if you choose to not provide us with the requested personal information, you may not be able to use our services or functionality of our services may be limited.
