This Policy does not apply to the Clarity Value government workflow platform (“Platform”). The Platform is a business-to-business software services application and is governed by a separate agreement. This Policy only applies to personal information that you share with us through the Website.

Your personal information might be included in the files and documents that our subscribers upload to the Platform, or you might be an employee, agent, or affiliate of a subscriber and the subscriber gave us your personal information as part of their subscription to the Platform (like to create an account for you or if your personal information happens to be in a document they store in the Platform). You will need to reach out directly to the subscriber to account for that personal information.

Our marketing and communication efforts

Any email we send for marketing or newsletter purposes will have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Click that link if you don’t want to receive emails like those from us and we will take you off the mailing list. This won’t affect our ability to send you service communications about the Website because of our legal obligations.

We don’t place cookies or other tracking technologies on the Website for external marketing or advertising purposes and we don’t allow third parties to send you marketing or advertising cookies through the Website either.

The Website is not for children

The Website is not for children under the age of 18. Please don’t let your kids send us their personal information. Email us at EMAIL with “COPPA Request” in the subject line if you believe your child has inadvertently sent us their personal information.

This is not the same as a child’s personal information being included in files or documents that our subscribers store in the Platform. You must contact the subscriber directly to account for personal information that they have about your child and provided to us.
